Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new client acquisition.
- Conduct cold outreach and manage client correspondence
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be advantageous).
- 0–3 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Laptop/Computer and smartphone

- Computer proficiency and telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- High energy and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
